Ooft, I feel this hard! That default ADHD pace means I always feel overwhelmed by the things I need to do, because I simply *must* do all of them immediately. That then also leads me to decision paralysis, which is where conscious prioritisation comes in, so both these ideas are things I’ll be practicing in 2025 too.

I know it's going to take time, but acknowledging what we navigate as someone with default ADHD pace is the first step, and has already been helpful for keeping calm these first two days of the year. I love the idea of letting go of something in addition to welcoming something in. For 2025 I am welcoming faith (in myself and life’s path) and letting go of rigidity and expectation. Thanks for sharing and happy new year!
