I'd love to know more about your functional medicine journey, if you're comfortable! (Kudos to you for swallowing all those supplements, I'd struggle!) I tried acupuncture for the first time last year and want to explore more non-traditional wellness providers.

Such great post, Dianna. I ditched growing instagram in 2014 due to going through a difficult divorce at that time. Deleted bunch of followers and went private. Reintroducing personal brand with goals to pivot into consulting and other opportunities at a later stage and now social media is a totally different world. But I loved that quote about nostalgia killing you. I also always say “Don’t fear making a change. Fear being stuck in comfortable complacency - this will be your slow and silent killer”
